乳化瀝青體系形成與穩定的影響因素研究

本文從(cong)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)體系(xi)組成出發,研究(jiu)了(le)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)體系(xi)形成與穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)的影響因(yin)素(su)。分(fen)別采用界面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)表征乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)形成過程乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的難易程度,以貯存(cun)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)和(he)平均粒徑表征乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)體系(xi)形成后的穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing),考察了(le)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)、皂液(ye)pH值、助劑(ji)、瀝(li)(li)青(qing)種(zhong)類等對(dui)界面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)和(he)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)的影響,采用線性(xing)(xing)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)性(xing)(xing)分(fen)析(xi)和(he)灰熵關(guan)聯分(fen)析(xi)重點研究(jiu)了(le)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)體系(xi)界面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)、穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)與瀝(li)(li)青(qing)組成及性(xing)(xing)能之間的相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)性(xing)(xing),并探討了(le)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)體系(xi)界面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)與穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)之間的關(guan)系(xi)。


研究結果表明


對(dui)(dui)于(yu)克(ke)石化(hua)(KSH)、中海(hai)(ZH)、SK和(he)昆侖(KL)四種(zhong)瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青,其針(zhen)入度、軟化(hua)點、延度等基本性(xing)(xing)能相(xiang)近(jin),但從(cong)四組(zu)分、元素、核磁和(he)紅外分析來看,相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)KSH和(he)ZH瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青,SK和(he)KL瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)氫(qing)碳(tan)(tan)原(yuan)(yuan)子比低(di)、雜原(yuan)(yuan)子含量高、芳香碳(tan)(tan)率和(he)環烷碳(tan)(tan)率高、烷基碳(tan)(tan)率低(di),分子極性(xing)(xing)較強。乳(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)和(he)皂(zao)液pH值是影(ying)響乳(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青體(ti)(ti)系(xi)界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要因(yin)素。不同(tong)(tong)乳(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)與瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青之(zhi)間相(xiang)互作用(yong)降(jiang)低(di)界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)(li)(li)不同(tong)(tong),其中三種(zhong)單一(yi)乳(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)在(zai)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)條件下降(jiang)低(di)界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)(li)(li)由大(da)(da)到小的(de)(de)(de)順(shun)序為(wei):LAS、OP、1831,而復合型(xing)陽離子乳(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)MQK降(jiang)低(di)界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)(li)(li)大(da)(da)于(yu)復合型(xing)陰離子乳(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)ER;相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)MQK乳(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青體(ti)(ti)系(xi),ER乳(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青體(ti)(ti)系(xi)界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)受pH值的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響更大(da)(da),兩(liang)者適宜的(de)(de)(de)pH值范圍分別(bie)為(wei)11~12和(he)1~3;四種(zhong)瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青的(de)(de)(de)界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)隨乳(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)和(he)皂(zao)液pH值的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)規律基本一(yi)致(zhi),但瀝(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)青的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)成結構不同(tong)(tong),相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)條件下界(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)小不同(tong)(tong),其由大(da)(da)到小的(de)(de)(de)順(shun)序為(wei):KSH、ZH、SK、KL。


助(zhu)劑(ji)類型不同對(dui)乳(ru)化瀝(li)青體(ti)系(xi)(xi)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)的(de)影響(xiang)規律(lv)不同。助(zhu)劑(ji)CMC-Na對(dui)ER乳(ru)化瀝(li)青體(ti)系(xi)(xi)的(de)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)沒(mei)有(you)影響(xiang);助(zhu)劑(ji)CaCl2能夠降低MQK乳(ru)化瀝(li)青體(ti)系(xi)(xi)的(de)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li),且四(si)種瀝(li)青的(de)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)隨CaCl2用量的(de)變化規律(lv)基本一(yi)致,但不同瀝(li)青之間(jian)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)的(de)差別沒(mei)有(you)明顯的(de)規律(lv)性。采(cai)用線(xian)性相關分析和灰熵(shang)關聯(lian)分析重點研究了乳(ru)化瀝(li)青體(ti)系(xi)(xi)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)與瀝(li)青組成(cheng)及性能之間(jian)的(de)關系(xi)(xi)。以(yi)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)壓表(biao)示瀝(li)青的(de)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性大小。


結果表明


界面壓(ya)與瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)基本性能之間的相(xiang)關性較差(cha)(cha);對于(yu)四組分組成,瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)質(zhi)含量越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)活性越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao);對于(yu)元素組成,雜原子含量越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)活性越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao);對于(yu)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)結(jie)構單元,芳香碳(tan)率(lv)、環烷碳(tan)率(lv)、芳香環系縮合(he)度參(can)數(shu)、芳香環系周邊氫(qing)取代(dai)率(lv)越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao),烷基碳(tan)率(lv)、烷鏈(lian)支化(hua)度越(yue)低,瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)活性越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao)。乳(ru)(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)皂液pH值對平(ping)(ping)均(jun)粒徑和(he)(he)貯存(cun)穩(wen)定(ding)性的影(ying)響(xiang)規律一致,是影(ying)響(xiang)乳(ru)(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系穩(wen)定(ding)性的主要因素。對于(yu)ER和(he)(he)MQK兩種乳(ru)(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系,隨著(zhu)乳(ru)(ru)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)用量增加(jia)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)粒徑減小(xiao)(xiao)、貯存(cun)穩(wen)定(ding)性變(bian)好;對于(yu)ER乳(ru)(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系,隨著(zhu)pH值升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao),平(ping)(ping)均(jun)粒徑減小(xiao)(xiao)、貯存(cun)穩(wen)定(ding)性變(bian)好,而對于(yu)MQK乳(ru)(ru)化(hua)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系,隨著(zhu)pH值升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao),平(ping)(ping)均(jun)粒徑增加(jia)、貯存(cun)穩(wen)定(ding)性變(bian)差(cha)(cha)。


在(zai)(zai)相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)用(yong)量和皂液pH值下(xia),四種(zhong)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)制(zhi)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)也(ye)(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)差(cha)別,其穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)由好到差(cha)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)順序(xu)(xu)為:ZH、KSH、SK、KL。助劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)類型(xing)不同對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)也(ye)(ye)(ye)不同。助劑(ji)(ji)(ji)CMC-Na能夠明顯(xian)改善ER乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貯(zhu)存(cun)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),但其對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)均粒(li)徑(jing)沒(mei)有(you)(you)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang);CaCl2對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)MQK乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)平(ping)(ping)均粒(li)徑(jing)和貯(zhu)存(cun)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)均有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大影(ying)(ying)響(xiang),且影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)規律基本一致,對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于四種(zhong)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing),相同條件下(xia),乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)大小(xiao)順序(xu)(xu)沒(mei)有(you)(you)明顯(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規律性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)來說,貯(zhu)存(cun)條件也(ye)(ye)(ye)是影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)其穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要因素。其中,貯(zhu)存(cun)溫度對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)平(ping)(ping)均粒(li)徑(jing)和貯(zhu)存(cun)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)均較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)小(xiao)。貯(zhu)存(cun)時間(jian)(jian)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貯(zhu)存(cun)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang),但是對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)平(ping)(ping)均粒(li)徑(jing)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)小(xiao),在(zai)(zai)貯(zhu)存(cun)過程(cheng)中四種(zhong)乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)貯(zhu)存(cun)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)相對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)大小(xiao)順序(xu)(xu)也(ye)(ye)(ye)未發生變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。采用(yong)線性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)相關分析(xi)和灰熵(shang)關聯分析(xi)重(zhong)點研究(jiu)了乳(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)與(yu)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)組成及性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關系(xi)(xi)。

乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)的穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)與(yu)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)四(si)組分組成之(zhi)間具有較(jiao)好(hao)的關(guan)聯性(xing)(xing),而與(yu)其他性(xing)(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)之(zhi)間的關(guan)聯性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)差。對于四(si)組分來說,膠(jiao)質(zhi)(zhi)+瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)含量(liang)是(shi)影響(xiang)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)的主要因(yin)(yin)素,其含量(liang)越高穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)越好(hao)。探討了乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)體系界(jie)(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)力(li)與(yu)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)之(zhi)間的關(guan)系。對于ER和(he)MQK兩種(zhong)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)體系,乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)劑、皂液pH值對界(jie)(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)力(li)和(he)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)貯存穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)的影響(xiang)規(gui)律(lv)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)致的,界(jie)(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)力(li)越低穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)越好(hao);助劑對界(jie)(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)力(li)和(he)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)的影響(xiang)規(gui)律(lv)不(bu)一(yi)(yi)致;界(jie)(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)力(li)和(he)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)與(yu)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)組成及(ji)(ji)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)之(zhi)間的相關(guan)性(xing)(xing)也不(bu)一(yi)(yi)致,其中瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)的極(ji)性(xing)(xing)是(shi)影響(xiang)界(jie)(jie)面(mian)張(zhang)力(li)的主要因(yin)(yin)素,而瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)存在形式(shi)、分散狀況(kuang),膠(jiao)質(zhi)(zhi)和(he)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)的增黏(nian)作用以及(ji)(ji)它們之(zhi)間的協(xie)同作用是(shi)影響(xiang)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)的主要因(yin)(yin)素。
