中(zhong)國農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)信(xin)息(xi)網中(zhong)防(fang)治對象為(wei)(wei)介殼蟲(chong)(chong)的(de)(de)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)登記產(chan)品有(you)(you)197種(檢索(suo)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)2021年(nian)12月(yue)22日),其(qi)中(zhong)單劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)142種、混劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)55種。登記產(chan)品的(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)成(cheng)分(fen)(fen)以毒(du)死蜱(pi)、噻嗪(qin)酮、噻蟲(chong)(chong)嗪(qin)、礦物(wu)(wu)油、螺蟲(chong)(chong)乙酯為(wei)(wei)主,劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)型主要(yao)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)乳油、懸浮劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、水分(fen)(fen)散粒劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、可濕性(xing)粉劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)4類,施用(yong)方法以噴(pen)霧為(wei)(wei)主。相關研(yan)究(jiu)表(biao)(biao)明,大(da)田常規噴(pen)霧時(shi)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)利用(yong)率只(zhi)有(you)(you)20%~30%,絕大(da)多(duo)數藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)用(yong)量下并不能有(you)(you)效(xiao)地黏附在靶(ba)(ba)標(biao)(biao)(biao)作物(wu)(wu)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian),在噴(pen)施過程中(zhong)極易從靶(ba)(ba)標(biao)(biao)(biao)上滾(gun)落流失。顧中(zhong)言(yan)等(deng)(deng)研(yan)究(jiu)闡明大(da)多(duo)數藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)難以潤濕展布,是(shi)因為(wei)(wei)多(duo)數藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)用(yong)量下的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)值大(da)于靶(ba)(ba)標(biao)(biao)(biao)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)值,只(zhi)有(you)(you)當液(ye)體的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)小于或(huo)接(jie)近固體的(de)(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)時(shi),才能很好(hao)地在固體表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)鋪展開來。有(you)(you)機硅(gui)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)助劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)具有(you)(you)出(chu)色(se)的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)散性(xing)、潤濕性(xing),可通過快速降低藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)液(ye)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)等(deng)(deng),使藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)液(ye)在植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)等(deng)(deng)靶(ba)(ba)標(biao)(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)更好(hao)地潤濕、展著(zhu)和(he)滯留(liu),進而提高(gao)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)利用(yong)率和(he)防(fang)治效(xiao)果。基于此,筆者選取7種常用(yong)的(de)(de)介殼蟲(chong)(chong)防(fang)治用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),從劍(jian)麻(ma)(ma)的(de)(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)值,推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)量下藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)值,以及添加(jia)有(you)(you)機硅(gui)助劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張力(li)的(de)(de)變化等(deng)(deng)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian),分(fen)(fen)析(xi)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)液(ye)在劍(jian)麻(ma)(ma)葉片上的(de)(de)潤濕性(xing)能,以期為(wei)(wei)大(da)田用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)防(fang)治劍(jian)麻(ma)(ma)新菠蘿灰粉蚧提供理(li)論依據。


試驗方法


劍麻葉片臨界表面張力(li)測定


參照Zisman作(zuo)圖法,選取(qu)潔凈、無病斑的(de)劍(jian)(jian)麻葉(xie)片(pian)(pian),用刀片(pian)(pian)切(qie)成規則平整(zheng)的(de)小塊(kuai)(避(bi)開(kai)葉(xie)脈),用膠(jiao)水將其固定在載玻片(pian)(pian)上(shang),使用微量注射器分別吸取(qu)2μL已知表(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)的(de)液(ye)體(乙(yi)二(er)醇、DMSO、DMF和去離子水),點滴在劍(jian)(jian)麻葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)表(biao)面,置(zhi)于(yu)接(jie)(jie)觸角測量儀(yi)上(shang),記(ji)錄此(ci)時液(ye)滴所成的(de)接(jie)(jie)觸角θ,每個處理重復10次,取(qu)平均值。以這4種液(ye)體的(de)表(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值為(wei)橫坐(zuo)標,cosθ為(wei)縱(zong)坐(zuo)標,得到(dao)一條直(zhi)線回歸方程(cheng),在cosθ=1(接(jie)(jie)觸角為(wei)0)處得到(dao)相應的(de)表(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值即為(wei)劍(jian)(jian)麻葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)的(de)臨界表(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值。

有機(ji)硅助劑對7種殺(sha)蟲劑表(biao)面張力的影響

將7種供試(shi)殺蟲(chong)劑用(yong)去(qu)離子水稀釋成各制(zhi)劑推薦(jian)用(yong)量(liang),向其中添(tian)加質(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)(du)分(fen)別為0、100、200、300、400、500、1000 mg/L的(de)(de)有機(ji)硅,以去(qu)離子水為對照。根據國家標準GB/T 5549—1990測(ce)定(ding)(ding)殺蟲(chong)劑藥液的(de)(de)表面張(zhang)力,用(yong)JK99C型(xing)全自動張(zhang)力儀(鉑(bo)金板法)測(ce)定(ding)(ding),連(lian)續重復5次測(ce)得的(de)(de)表面張(zhang)力值相差不超過(guo)0.2 mN/m。測(ce)定(ding)(ding)時的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)為(26±2)℃,相對濕度(du)(du)(80±5)%。


結論


7種(zhong)殺蟲劑在(zai)推薦用(yong)量下的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)各不相同,均(jun)大于劍(jian)麻(ma)的(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(23.89 mN/m),其中(zhong)25%噻蟲嗪WG的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值(zhi)最大(72.51 mN/m),4.5%高(gao)(gao)效氯(lv)氰菊(ju)酯(zhi)EC的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值(zhi)最小(xiao)(35.72 mN/m)。當45%毒死蜱EC 450 mg/L中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)入有(you)(you)(you)機硅(gui)500 mg/L,4.5%高(gao)(gao)效氯(lv)氰菊(ju)酯(zhi)EC 45 mg/L和70%吡蟲啉WG 350 mg/L中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)入有(you)(you)(you)機硅(gui)200 mg/L,其余4種(zhong)殺蟲劑添加(jia)(jia)(jia)有(you)(you)(you)機硅(gui)100 mg/L時(shi),藥(yao)液的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)到劍(jian)麻(ma)的(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)以下,其中(zhong)25%噻蟲嗪WG的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)幅最大(67.58%),4.5%高(gao)(gao)效氯(lv)氰菊(ju)酯(zhi)EC的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)幅最小(xiao)(34.71%)。可在(zai)農藥(yao)制劑中(zhong)添加(jia)(jia)(jia)適量的(de)有(you)(you)(you)機硅(gui)助劑改(gai)善藥(yao)液的(de)潤(run)濕效果,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)農藥(yao)的(de)利用(yong)率。
